To ship please address your package to the address listed above, be sure to include the suite number.

Please fill out the order form here and either include in your package or email it to us. UPS is our preferred carrier. If shipping with another carrier please email us the tracking number.

DROP-OFF

We’re open for in-person drop-offs during our open hours 11AM until 6PM Monday to Friday.

When you arrive dial 244 then “Call” at the callbox and we’ll buzz you in. Come up to the 2nd floor, and if the door is locked we'll meet you there.

NEGATIVELAND is a film laboratory dedicated to the continued creative use of photochemical motion-pictures.

Our specialization is processing and scanning Super 8mm and 16mm film. In addition, we offer archival preservation, workflow guidance, and a variety of traditional film-to-film post production services, including optical printing.

We work and collaborate with a wide array of filmmakers, artists, production professionals, as well as institutions, families, and personal archives.

As part of our mission, we provide opportunities for instruction in all aspects of photochemical filmmaking. Much of our facility and equipment are available for public use with a special focus on darkroom processes, traditional film editing, and projection.

Notes on Liability

Your film is very important, to you and to us. We take every precaution to ensure the safe handling of your Materials while at Negativeland. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to or from our facility or while services are being rendered. In the event of loss or damage to your Materials, our liability will be limited to the replacement of the affected item(s) with an equivalent quantity or value of unexposed film, or, in the case of digital or electronic media, equivalent storage media. We can not replace the value of items that are lost in transit. To protect your items during shipping, we recommend insuring your packages. Additionally, to safeguard against any loss beyond our replacement of raw materials, we suggest purchasing production insurance.

By submitting any film, print, negative, digital media, or other materials to Negativeland for processing, scanning, or any other service, you acknowledge and agree that Negativeland will not be liable for any loss, damage, or mishandling of the Materials, by our company or affiliated company, agents, or employees, even if caused by our negligence. You further agree that we will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, or contracts, resulting from the loss or damage of your Materials. Aside from replacement or refund, the acceptance of any film or digital media for processing, scanning, or handling is provided without any other warranty or liability, and we exclude any recovery for incidental or consequential damages.
